Exchange and Return Policy
We want you to be happy with the jewelry you choose. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the piece you purchase, we will accept an exchange within 7 days of purchase. After this time, we do not accept exchanges.
Conditions for change :
- We only accept exchanges for new, brand new, unworn jewelry in perfect original condition.
- The deadline to request an exchange is within 7 days of purchase.
- We do not accept exchanges for custom-made jewelry, engraved jewelry, or personalized products.
- Exchanges are only valid for an amount equal to or greater than the original purchase price, provided the customer pays the difference in price.
- This policy only applies to list price jewelry, not to discounted or promotional jewelry.
- Only one exchange per piece is allowed.
Change process :
- All exchanges can be made at any of our physical stores in Lima.
- For customers in other regions, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Instructions to request a change :
- Send an email to hello@sissai.com with the subject “Product Exchange” and the order number.
- In the body of the message include the following information:
- Type and number of the client's identity document.
- First and last names (or company name if it is a business).
- Type and number of the payment voucher.
- Purchase date.
- Product details (product type and price).
- Reason for change.
- Store where you will leave the jewelry
- Contact phone number.
Once we receive your request and verify that it meets the exchange conditions, we will contact you to arrange pickup at the selected store and delivery of the new product. The original shipping costs will not be refunded, and the additional costs for pickup and redelivery will be borne by the customer.
We do not issue refunds under any circumstances.

Product availability
If the requested product is not available in stock, the company reserves the right to offer the customer an equivalent alternative or a full refund. We reserve the right to process the refund according to our internal policies.
