Delivery Policies

  • Confirmation and Shipping Address:

    • Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an email with the details and shipping address.
    • If the address is incorrect, please reply to the email with the correct delivery address within 4 hours.
    • If any issues arise, we will contact you by phone.
  • Shipping Times:

    • Shipping times indicated apply only to products in stock.
    • For "Custom Made" or "Made to Order" products, our team will contact you to confirm the delivery date.
    • Delivery time for custom-made products is approximately 4 to 6 weeks from the date of final design approval, depending on stone availability and the complexity of the chosen design.
    • All shipments are made from Lima, Peru.
    • Delays may occur due to holidays at both the shipping and delivery locations.
    • For shipments, business days (not calendar days) will be considered.
  • International Shipping:

    • For international shipments, your purchase may be subject to additional customs charges and taxes, depending on the destination country.
    • These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs and must be assumed by the customer at the time of delivery.
    • We recommend that you inform yourself about your country's import policies before making your purchase.
  • Product Delivery:

    • For the safety of both the customer and our company, the purchaser must present their original National Identity Document (DNI) upon delivery.
    • If the cardholder is unable to receive the purchase, they must provide the full details (name and ID) of the person authorized to receive it.
    • Additionally, the cardholder must send a photograph of the authorized person's ID to our company staff before delivery.
    • Without these requirements, the product cannot be delivered.
    • Products are considered correctly delivered when they are received at the address indicated by the user.

    Security Measures for Delivery:

    • Cases of Non-Delivery:

      • Incorrect or untraceable address.
      • No one at home or refusal to accept the package.
      • Any other similar cause not attributable to SISSAI.
      • SISSAI assumes no responsibility for delays or failure to deliver due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.
      • The courier company may not be able to deliver in the following cases:
      • If the courier company is unable to deliver the product, it will be returned to SISSAI, and the user will be responsible for additional shipping costs.
      • The user will be contacted within 7 business days to arrange for pickup or a new delivery.
      • After this period, the user will not be able to claim the delivery nor will the money be refunded.
    • Jewelry Settings:

      • If the customer requires a special adjustment to the purchased jewelry, they must take the piece to one of our SISSAI stores.
      • If this is not possible, the customer may choose to cover the corresponding shipping costs.
    • Electronic Invoices and Receipts:

      • Upon confirmation of purchase, the user will receive an electronic receipt or invoice, as requested at the time of payment.
